SHIPPING WITHIN THE UK
Royal Mail Tracked 3 - 5 days delivery £4.50
All items will be sent via Royal Mail. This is a fully trackable service that requires a signature upon delivery. If you require your item sooner please contact us via Instagram or email.
Royal Mail Standard 5-7 working days £14
All orders travelling outside the UK will be shipped with our standard delivery service Tracking will be provided.
International delivery 7-10 working days £25
All international orders will be shipped via Royal Mail and have an estimated delivery time 7-10 working days tracking will be provided. If you live in a remote area of by the world, delivery times can take longer than estimated above.
We will do everything possible to delivery your goods within the estimated timescale. However, as you can understand, occasionally unforeseen factors or events outside our control can delay this process.
Please note, your delivery may take longer during sale or other busy periods.
Please note: We will not be held responsible for any customs charges your parcel receives..

Returns & Exchanges
All returns must be approved by Miss Runway before being returned.

Here at Miss Runway we understand that outfits do not always fit right, we know that when we buy an item of clothing we want it to look perfect. This is why we accept returns on any fashion garment that is unworn.
To be eligible for a refund/exchange, your item must be unused, in the original packaging with original tags on the garment and in the same condition that you received it in. Should there be any sign of wear your return will not be valid. Items of wear include an example of the following: Odour (e.g Body odour, Perfume, Makeup stains etc)We don't however offer refunds on our custom made items within our Slogan Shop we do however offer exchanges for different sizes on these items.
We don't offer refunds on Miss Runway branded items, slogan shop and items that are personalised with names or initials as these are made to order.
Please note that your shipping costs and the shipping costs to return your item(s) are not covered by us, so we advise you to use your local post office to return your parcel using a tracked service we can not be held responsible for any missing parcels that are on their way back to us.
If for whatever reason you are not happy with your item of clothing please email Info@missrunway.co.uk with your request. Send your return with your order form included. Please state on your order form your reason for return. Please note, we must receive the return within 14 days of when delivery was first attempted/ delivered to you. If the 14 days has expired we have the right to reject your return and send the item(s) of clothing back to the address we originally sent it to.
Payments will be credited back to the original purchaser’s card. Returns for refunds are processed within 3-5 working days of receiving the item.
Card refunds my take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete. Bank processing times can vary from bank to bank, so please speak to your bank for anymore information regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.
Swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Please note, we do not accept any returns on sale items.
If you are wanting to exchange your item you will be issued with a credit note once we receive your item back so you can re order.
If you have received an item which is faulty you must notify us within 48 hours. Any claims made after this timeframe will not be considered as a manufacturer's fault.
