SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship to the UK, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, United States, Australia, Ireland, Europe, UAE, and selected international destinations.
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are calculated from the date your order is dispatched, not the date your order is placed. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier delays, public holidays, and peak trading periods.
Please note, we cannot ship to PO boxes. Any orders lost as a result of being shipped to a PO box are not the responsibility of Miss Runway.
PRE-ORDERS & MIXED SHIPMENT ORDERS
Pre-order items are dispatched once stock has arrived at our warehouse.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your full order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready to dispatch.
If your order includes multiple pre-order items with different dispatch dates, your full order will ship together on the latest pre-order dispatch date.
Any shipping method selected at checkout, including Next Day or Express Delivery, applies from the date of dispatch, not the order date.
If you would like to receive available items sooner, please contact us at info@missrunway.co.uk to arrange a split shipment. Additional postage charges will apply.

Unfortunately, we cannot currently ship to Russia, Serbia, Brazil, Iran, or Israel.
CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply to orders shipped outside the UK, depending on the destination country.
Duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
If you have any concerns about potential charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.
If an order is refused due to unpaid customs duties or taxes and returned to Miss Runway, original shipping costs and return shipping fees will be deducted from any eligible refund.
DELIVERY NOTES
Standard delivery operates Monday to Friday and begins from the date of dispatch.
Delivery times may be longer during public holidays, peak trading periods, courier delays, or customs processing.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and Miss Runway cannot guarantee that your package will arrive within the stated timeframe.
